JT joined the United Way Bristol TN/VA in February 2025, where he focuses on grant writing, case management, and supporting clients through meaningful services. JT has been working in social services since 2019 and found a true sense of purpose at United Way, helping people in the Bristol community build better lives. With degrees in psychology and philosophy, JT brings both heart and insight to his work. When not at the office, you’ll probably find him out on a hiking trail, recharging in nature.
