Lisa joined the United Way of Bristol as their Executive Director in June 1998. Prior to joining the United Way, she served as Vice President of Member Services for the Bristol Chamber of Commerce.


Lisa is a native of Bristol and a graduate of Virginia Intermont College with a BA in Business Management. She is a graduate of the Leadership programs in Bristol, Kingsport, and Washington County Virginia; and she is a member of the Bristol Noon Rotary Club.


She is a 1997 recipient of the Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award and a recipient of the YWCA’s Tribute to Women in 2000. She is the past President of Bristol Organizations and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Appalachian Regional Coalition on Homelessness.


Lisa served as the President of both the Van Pelt Elementary School and the Virginia Middle School PTA programs

Lisa has been married to her husband Mark for 34 years. They have one daughter Logan Sydni and son-in-law, David. They enjoy family time, boating and UT football.
